It can feel so lonely to feel like we’re on our own with our feelings and experiences. It can also feel lonely to feel like we have to disconnect from, or compromise parts of ourselves to be in relationship with other people.

It’s my ongoing intention to create a warm and safe place for you to express all parts of yourself, and to help you cultivate awareness of your true self. I also want you to feel deeply seen and heard, and to know that you matter.

Often the more we feel connected to ourselves — to our emotions and our needs — the more honestly and lovingly we can be in relationship with other people in our lives.
